Jetzt geht's los, aber richtig... Now it begins but for real...

...10 O'clock german time we waited for the irish scouts at the Frankfurt Airport, which meant a lot of joy for us. Because of that joy the morning round was only very short and after the breakfast Anthony, Thomas, and Andreas made their way to the airport. During the waiting time had lots of cleaning and building to do. Some got the idea to build a bar area, where we would like to prepare cocktails and other goodies. There will be pictures!
Then, the moment the irish scouts put foot on camp after walking from Frankfurt-Nied train station to our campsite and our hearts fell into to our boots. Lots of new faces, but still a few recognitions from last year.

Then came the tour around the campsite, it was discussed were all the tents had to be placed. A lunch strengthened us and put us back to work.

After everything was built a few of the scouts went swimming. But then the unexpected: it rained and thundered. This meant for everyone to seal their tents and wait for the rain to stop. In the end lots of people went swimming and the kitchen team prepared our well-earned Risotto, which was to be eaten that evening.
